The company acts as an intermediary managing communication, coordination, and service delivery between customers and service providers. This policy explains rules related to Payment, Return & Refund, service coordination, subscription cancellation, and delivery timelines.


1. Nature of Services

  • The company acts as an intermediary responsible for communication, coordination, and service delivery between customers and providers.
  • Customers and service providers do not communicate directly; all coordination is managed through the Meepay platform.
  • No physical products are shipped by the company.
  • We do not guarantee specific service outcomes, business results, or revenue generation.

2. Service Delivery & Activation Time Frame

  • Services are activated within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Activation may be delayed if required business information or documents are incomplete.
  • Subscription validity begins from the date of activation.
  • You will receive confirmation via registered email once the service is live.

3. Subscription & Payment Terms

  • All subscriptions require advance payment.
  • Plans remain active for the selected duration (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or delay in activation.

4. Cancellation by Client

  • Clients may request cancellation during the active subscription period.
  • Requests must be submitted via email to: [email protected]
  • Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically qualify for a refund.
  • If cancellation is requested before activation (within 1–3 business days), refund eligibility may be considered.
  • Once listing activation is completed, fees are generally non-refundable.

5. Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Return Policy: Since our services are delivered digitally and involve service coordination and platform access, physical returns are not applicable. Once a service request or subscription is activated, it cannot be returned.
  • Before Activation: Refund may be considered if the service has not yet been delivered.
  • After Activation: Refund is generally not applicable once the listing is live.
  • Refund decisions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Cancellation by Company

  • We may suspend or cancel services for policy violations, misleading information, or non-payment.
  • No refund will be issued for termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to cancellation, payment, or refund matters shall first be addressed through written communication. If unresolved, the matter will follow the provisions defined in our Terms & Conditions.

  • This policy may be updated periodically.
  • Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
